Leadership Coaching
Developing your capacity to guide thinking, shape ideas, and lead creative work

Mid Century Design Elements (25)

As AI shifts execution, leadership is changing. Less is required in overseeing processes.

More is required in:

  • Interpreting
  • guiding
  • and shaping the work of others

Increasingly, leaders are being asked to function less as managers of tasks—and more as directors of thinking and creativity.

The Shift in Leadership

Your role is no longer only to ensure that work gets done.

It is to:

  • recognize potential in early-stage ideas
  • help mold those ideas toward clarity and viability
  • guide individuals differently based on how they think and contribute
  • make judgments about when to expand possibility—and when to narrow toward decisioin

These are subtle, moment-to-moment capacities.

They are rarely taught—but have already become increasingly essential.

This coaching is a space to work directly on:

  • how you listen to and interpret what others bring
  • how you respond in ways that develop rather than shut down thinking
  • how you shape ideas without overtaking them
  • how you guide direction with both openness and discernment

Over time, you develop a more refined ability to see what is emerging, and intervene in ways that move it forward.

The Work

I work with your real, current challenges—not hypothetical scenarios.

What Makes This Different

This is not conventional executive coaching focused on goals, performance, or communication strategies.

The focus is more specific: how thinking unfolds between  people—and how you can guide it.

This includes:

  • the development of ideas
  • the dynamics of contribution and influence
  • and the leader's role in shaping both

This work is especially relevant for leaders who:

  • are working with increasingly creative, idea-driven teams
  • sense that managing execution is no longer enough
  • want to become more intentional in how they guide others' thinking and work
  • are navigating complexity where there is no clear playbook

The Work is Right For

Background and Approach

My work draws on long experience as both a creator and a director of others’ work across fields including healthcare, theatre, and design.

This includes:

  • developing original methodologies and programs
  • training and mentoring professionals across disciplines
  • and creating structured approaches to guiding complex human processes, including THE HUMAN JOURNEY methodology

At the core is a consistent focus: how ideas take shape—and how people can be guided to do that work well.

Why not start the conversation?

If your role increasingly requires you to shape thinking, not just manage execution, this work offers a way to develop that capacity with precision and depth.
