Interviews and observation are typically where we start. We want to ensure we get and act on first-person perspectives rather than on assumptions, using our expertise in anthropological methods, systems thinking, and experiential design. Our approach is profoundly empathetic with each stakeholder’s point of view as we develop the composite portrait of how your organization’s mission is actually experienced by those in a position to care.

 

After making sure we’re acting on the key disparities between word and deed, we coach leaders and managers on systems and behaviors that make organizational integrity visible and palpable to everyone–and help you retain the employees you worked so hard to recruit, train, and mentor. As experience designers, we can then also help you craft what is needed.
